THE BRIEF:
To provide ongoing production support to allow the fete to meet its licensing conditions.
DESCRIPTION:
GaiaNova first got involved in the St Barnabas Church Fete in 2006. We attended a series of pre-production meetings and provided consultancy for a wide range of issues to assist the people from St Barnabas Church to write their event manual and fullfill their licensing conditions. We provided further consultancy on where to source equipment and how to manage the suppliers to ensure they fullfilled their agreement. During the event we also supplied production crew including an electrical engineer and a head steward. After our involvement in the first year the Fete were able to look after many more elements of their event in subsequent years.
